NPMA PRO Online Recertfication Courses
Every NPMA PRO Certified Technician is required to complete a minimum of 30 hours of professional training and Continuing Education (CE) every 3 years.
NPMA offers several online courses that count towards this continuing education requirement. Courses are listed below by category. Each credit may only be submitted for one CE category.

Technical
Instruction including, but not limited to, pest biology and control, integrated pest management (IPM), equipment training, application instruction, pesticides and their chemistry, and pest control equipment.
15 Credits required every 3 years
Laws & Regulations
Instruction including, but not limited to, state and federal laws and regulations relating to the pest management industry.
3 Credits required every 3 years
Safety
Instruction including, but not limited to, pesticide label training, personal safety or PPE, pesticide risks and hazards, OSHA hazard communication standards, pesticide waste and disposal.
6 Credits required every 3 years
Industry Professionalism
Instruction including, but not limited to, responsible pesticide application, minimizing non-target exposure, pollinator protection, endangered species protection, environmental protection.
3 Credits required every 3 years
Business Management
Instruction including, but not limited to, business operations, customer services, and sales.
3 Credits required every 3 years
