Mir Rizvi
Operations, Compliance Manager
Moxie Pest Control Irving, Texas
How did you get started in the industry?
I was contacted by Moxie Pest Control in 2023 for an incredible opportunity based on my experience in leadership, management, and policies. After researching the company, I could not help but see the culture—along with the opportunity—the company had to offer. I have three mentors—Matt McDonough, director of operations execution; Brandon Kinser, vice president of field care operations; and Joshua Swingle, director of operations execution—who welcomed me and took me under their leadership to coach, build, and develop almost immediately.
