Nominations for the 2024 NPMA Impact Awards for Women in Pest Management will open on January 16, 2024. This prestigious recognition honors women working within the pest management industry, highlighting their outstanding contributions and accomplishments. Past recipients serve in various roles throughout the industry including technical service, sales, management, and office staff. These awards celebrate achievements and promote a culture of excellence within the pest management community.
Engaging the Next Generation of Professionals
NPMA looks forward to participating in the 38th Annual MANRRS Training Conference & Career Expo March 20-24 in Chicago (Minorities in Agriculture, Natural Resources, and Related Sciences). NPMA will present a session on career opportunities in the pest control industry and participate in career development activities throughout the event. With over 2,100 students and professionals in attendance, we will foster relationships with individuals and organizations committed to promoting diversity in agriculture and related fields creating avenues for knowledge exchange and collaboration that contribute to a more equitable and diverse industry landscape.
