Newly Updated NPMAForms.com Site!
NPMA is excited to announce the launch of several new enhancements and features to your NPMAForms.com platform. These updates, driven by your feedback and suggestions, will improve website functionality and performance, helping you to better service your clients and improve your business. While many of the site enhancements will be “behind the scenes” changes that you won’t see directly, there are a few new feature updates to the website we’re excited to share.
We’ve built a frequently asked questions (FAQ) for the most common questions submitted to our helpdesk. Located as a tab at the top of the site, you can use the FAQ page to quickly and conveniently troubleshoot common NPMA Form questions. Of course, if you can’t find the information you’re looking for, we’re ready to help at forms@pestworld.org!
The back-end enhancements to the platform improved the form-generating and saving process. This should not only increase the speed and functionality of creating and saving forms, but it will also resolve any forms-saving issues some users may have experienced. Additionally, any issues regarding comment boxes cutting off should now be resolved as well.
