PestWorld is approaching fast and with unprecedented attendance, we are bringing together over 4,000 people in the industry with a common interest from unique backgrounds, different abilities and experiences to all learn and grow together. - Attend NPMA committee and shared interest group meetings to gain insight into projects, challenges and celebrations happening within the NPMA community- check the app for dates and times: IDEA Steering Committee, Communities+ Diversity Council, PestVets, LNC, PWIPM.
- Hear from Kelly McDonald who will share strategies to navigate differences in working styles, communication, and cultural backgrounds when collaborating with diverse colleagues.
- Be inspired by NFL Pro Bowl Running Back, Justin Forsett, who invented a body wipe influenced by his days in the locker room and now serves people who do not have access to clean water due to natural disasters and lack of safe water treatment services.
- Celebrate our community by attending the In the Mix Reception, presented by NPMA’s Communities+ Diversity Council, LNC, PestVets, & PWIPM councils.
- Participate in the PestWorld Day of service on Friday, October 25 in the Exhibit Hall
- Engage customers and communities through Inclusive Customer Service and learn employee engagement strategies to keep and attract the best talent. Attend this session inspired by your IDEA Steering Committee.
