2023 NPMA and PCT Business Profile Study Just Released
The 2023 NPMA and PCT Business Profile Study is now available. Sponsored by BASF, the study is an update of the last profile, published in 2014.
The survey sample of 11,671 was selected in a systematic, stratified fashion by the NPMA, Pest Control Technology (PCT), and Readex Research from the following populations:
- Entire list of emailable NPMA members in the United States or Canada at unique company locations and with title classifications of “owner” or “operator."
- Entire list of emailable PCT subscribers in the United States or Canada at unique company locations and with title classifications of “owner” or “president” who are not members of NPMA and whose company location did not match the company location of any record in the NPMA sample.
Data was collected from September 18 to October 2, 2023. The survey was closed for tabulation with 596 usable responses—a 5% response rate
The margin of error for percentages based on 596 usable responses is ±3.9 percentage points at the 95% confidence level.
