Support Preemption This August

Every year, Congress adjourns for the majority of August to spend time at home, hearing from constituents. This year, we need them to hear from our industry about how important preemption is. We are asking you to schedule a District visit with your Representative and Senators in August and ask for a preemption fix in the 2023 Farm Bill.  NPMA staff can then follow up with DC staff to reinforce your talking points. Below is a suite of resources to help you before, during, and after you schedule a visit in your district. Have a question not answered below?
