Faye Golden is Governmental Affairs Manager for Cook’s Pest Control (Decatur, AL). Faye started her career with Cook’s in April 2013. She is a sought-after public speaker, she just completed the implementation of an internal certification tracking database for Cook’s 1500 pesticide applicators, and was recently nominated as a candidate for NPMA Board of Directors - Region 2 Director. Before joining Cook’s Pest Control, Faye was Program Director for the Alabama Department of Agriculture’s Pesticide Management Section. She was responsible for activities conducted as part of environmental program grants to ensure compliance with the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA).
Faye is a graduate of Auburn University at Montgomery with a B.S. in Biology (Environmental Science ) and an M.S. in Education (Biology) from Alabama State University. She is a member of NPMA Public Policy Committee, NPMA Diversity Committee, and the American Association of Pesticide Safety Educators (AAPSE). Contact: firstname.lastname@example.org
