NPMA Virtual Workshop On Zika

NPMA hosted a 3 1/2-hour Virtual Workshop webinar sponsored by Syngenta, Zoecon, Oldham, MGK and Univar. The program focused on Zika virus, mosquito biology and behavior, mosquito business models, messaging, communications and marketing and control techniques.

Nearly 600 attendees joined experts from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Cornell University, ABC Home and Commercial Services, American Pest, Arrow Exterminators, PPMA and NPMA to learn the latest technical information and business insights regarding Zika, the mosquitoes that can transmit the virus and the pest management industry’s role as protectors of public health.
