2019 - NorthWest Exterminating
NorthWest Exterminating won the NPMA Gives Award—the company has donated a significant amount of time, money and services to support their local schools and organizations. Over the last year, they have hosted a cookout for local first responders, fed over 8,000 people, filled 250 backpacks, delivered 107 care baskets, sponsored 1,000 children on field trips, donated over 500 homeless care packages, and spent time with the local children’s hospital to decorate rooms and holiday cards. Additionally, they implemented an outstanding family literacy program that not only teaches reading skills, but also reinforces the family bond that is so important for future success. There is no doubt that through these deeds, this company has fulfilled their mission of creating healthier living and working environments for the communities they serve.
2018 Recipient - EnviroPest
EnviroPest stood out this year for their service. They donated over $20,000 annually to local organizations, they provided bed bug heat treatments to families who couldn’t afford them, as well as instated an Annual Serve Day within their organization where they close the office for the day and take staff off-site to serve a local non-profit. These donations and community service days epitomize the heart of NPMA Gives. Congratulations EnviroPest!
2017 Recipient - Jenkins Brothers
Bobby, Raleigh, and Dennis Jenkins own and operate their respective branches of ABC Home & Commercial Services. Bobby operates his business out of Austin; Raleigh out of Houston; and Dennis out of Dallas. Collectively, they employ over 1,000 employees and serve tens of thousands of residents and business owners throughout Texas with a variety of services from pest control to heating and air conditioning services. All three brothers are committed to the awareness and funding of A Child’s Hope and Moss Pieratt Foundation, so much so that they were willing to ride their bikes across the country in support of these causes.
