Keynote: The Science Behind Distracted Driving

Dr. Paul Atchley

Dr. Atchley is a leading researcher on safe driving. His TED Talk has been viewed over 50K times. In this talk, he will cover information that effectively explains the risk of distracted driving. An explanation of why distracted driving is increasing, an overview of key studies showing the dangers of distracted driving, the “myth of multitasking”, and current attitudes towards distracted driving and solutions to improve safety.

Attendee Cancellation Policy
Refunds will be made on the following schedule. All refund requests must be made in writing. 

  • More than 31 days before the first day of the event: 100% refund
  • Within 25-31 days before the first day of the event: 75% refund
  • Within 18-24 days before the first day of the event: 50% refund 
  • Within 11-17 days before the first day of the event: 25% refund 
  • Within 10 days or less: no refund
