What does the attendee registration option grant me access to? 

By purchasing the attendee registration option, you receive access to all live education sessions, the on-demand education sessions, exhibit hall and networking events.


How do I register?

There are two ways you may register:

  1. Online: Online registration is the fastest and easiest way to register. Click here to register online.
  2. Call the NPMA office at 703-352-6762.  Make sure you have your credit card & applicator license information ready.


Why am I not getting the member rate while trying to register?

The most common reason for not receiving the member rate is because you have not logged into the NPMA website. Before attempting to register online, log into the NPMA website using your MyNPMA login credentials. To login, go to the NPMA website homepage, in the top right corner you’ll see the “LOG IN/MEMBERS ONLY” button. It’s located directly beneath the search bar. 

If you logged into the NPMA website and still do not receive the member rate, your company’s NPMA membership may have lapsed, or there may be an issue with the company your profile is linked to. To check on the status of your membership and company affiliation you may reach out to us at


I’ve added multiple people to my cart, but when I check out people are missing/my total is incorrect. What do I do? 

If this happens, try clearing your cookies/cache in your web browser and then attempt the online registration process again. Another helpful tip is to avoid using the back button while registering online as this may cause problems with your cart.  However, if you continue to experience problems while registering online, you may call our office at 703-352-6762 and we can assist you with registering over the phone.

Can I substitute my registration for somebody else?

Sure thing! Substitutions are permitted before the start of the virtual event. A written request is required and can be emailed to The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution. Badge sharing or badge splitting is not permitted.
