The initiative underscores NPMA's commitment to supporting the backbone of the pest control industry: family-owned and operated businesses.

NPMA CEO Dominique Stumpf expressed enthusiasm about the partnership, stating, "Family-owned businesses makeup a large part of the pest management industry. By partnering with Family Enterprise USA, we now have an additional way to support our members by providing new tools and information that complement the existing resources offered by the Association. This collaboration will empower our members to build stronger, more resilient family businesses, ensuring future growth and success.
