NPMA Partners with Family Enterprise USA to Support Family-Owned Pest Control Businesses
Fairfax, VA – September 3, 2024 –
The National Pest Management Association (NPMA) has announced a new partnership with Family Enterprise USA, a move set to bolster support for family-owned pest control businesses across the country. This collaboration aims to provide valuable resources and information to help family enterprises in the pest management industry thrive and navigate the unique challenges of family business ownership.
Through this partnership, NPMA members will gain access to a wealth of specialized knowledge, including succession planning strategies, family dynamics management, and best practices for long-term business sustainability. The initiative underscores NPMA's commitment to supporting the backbone of the pest control industry: family-owned and operated businesses.
NPMA CEO Dominique Stumpf expressed enthusiasm about the partnership, stating, "Family-owned businesses makeup a large part of the pest management industry. By partnering with Family Enterprise USA, we now have an additional way to support our members by providing new tools and information that complement the existing resources offered by the Association. This collaboration will empower our members to build stronger, more resilient family businesses, ensuring future growth and success.
Patricia Soldano, President of Family Enterprise USA, also shared her thoughts on the collaboration: "We're thrilled to join forces with NPMA to support family-owned pest control businesses. These companies face unique challenges, balancing family dynamics with business operations. Our expertise in family enterprise management, combined with NPMA's industry-specific knowledge, will create a powerful resource for these businesses to grow, adapt, and thrive in an ever-changing market landscape."
Content and resources will be available to NPMA members in the coming months, marking a significant step forward in the association's ongoing efforts to support and strengthen the pest management community.
