NPMA Announces Promotions of Allie Allen, BCE, and Dan Nappi, CAE
Fairfax, VA – April 4, 2024 – The National Pest Management Association (NPMA) is proud to announce the promotions of Allie Allen, BCE, to Vice President of Membership and Certification, and Dan Nappi, CAE, to Director of Certification.
In her new role as Vice President of Membership and Certification, Allie Allen will spearhead efforts to support and expand both NPMA membership and the companies earning and maintaining QualityPro credentials. With over 17 years in the pest management industry, nine of those with NPMA, Allen brings a wealth of experience and passion for advancing the industry. Allen also serves members as the staff liaison to the Professional Women in Pest Management Council, Global Pest Management Coalition, QualityPro Safety Committee, QualityPro Influencer Adoption Committee, and QualityPro Marketing & Communications Committee. She is the Executive Director of the New England Pest Management Association and The Foundation for Professional Pest Management (QualityPro).
Reflecting on her new role, Allen stated, "In my time at NPMA, the most rewarding parts of my job have involved creating networking opportunities for people in the industry and helping companies solve problems using the resources and support network that QualityPro and NPMA offer. I am excited to continue to support our members and I look forward to doing more work with state, provincial, and international associations to grow the number of companies that are a part of our wonderful associations. My experience serving as Executive Director for the New England Pest Management Association showed me how an engaged state-level volunteer leadership can support, grow, and defend our industry and I want to do what I can to work with our industry partners to make that happen everywhere."
Dan Nappi, CAE, has been promoted to the position of Director of Certification where he will support the credentialing organization for the structural pest management industry. With nearly three years of dedicated service at NPMA and a career of working for associations, Nappi has demonstrated his commitment to meeting the mission of NPMA. In addition to his new role, Nappi serves as the Executive Director of West Virginia Pest Management Association, Connecticut Pest Control Association, and staff liaison to the NPMA Business Innovations Committee.
