NPMA Announces Passing of Long-time Industry Leader Harvey Massey
NPMA is sad to announce the passing of Massey Services founder and chairman Harvey L. Massey. The retired CEO passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 24th at the age of 81.
Harvey Massey was a renowned leader in the pest management industry and pillar in his community. He served on the NPMA Board of Directors and was the first Chairman of the Professional Pest Management Alliance. In 2018, he was awarded the Pinnacle Award, NPMA's most coveted and prestigious accolade, which honors an individual who has contributed not only to the success of the association, but to the industry as a whole over a lifetime or career.
Dominique Stumpf, CEO of NPMA, said, "Mr. Massey was a force of nature and truly one of a kind who we consider a Founding Father of PPMA and so much more."
