NPMA Announces New Key Partners Program to Elevate Industry Collaboration
Arrow Exterminators, Rentokil-Terminix, and Rollins, Inc. are leading the charge
HONOLULU, HI and FAIRFAX, VA (October 17, 2023) – Today the National Pest Management Association (NPMA), the official trade organization for the professional pest control industry announced the launch of its Key Partners Program at the opening ceremony of the 90th annual PestWorld convention in Honolulu, Hawaii. The new program redefines corporate responsibility and industry collaboration by fostering an unprecedented level of support, volunteerism, and leadership to benefit the industry as a whole.
“The success of any industry relies on the collective efforts of its key stakeholders,” said NPMA CEO Dominique Stumpf. “The Key Partners Program is designed to unite leading pest control companies and set a new industry standard for collaboration, innovation, and mutual growth. On behalf of NPMA, it is with deep respect and gratitude that we recognize Arrow Exterminators, Rentokil-Terminix and Rollins, Inc. for stepping into this leadership position and pledging their unwavering support as Key Partners.”
Highlights of the Key Partners Program include:
-
Sponsorship with Purpose: Participating pest management companies are committed to sponsoring NPMA industry events, initiatives, educational programs and other collaborative efforts such as the Industry Issues Fund to drive positive change, advocate for, and defend and advance the industry. This commitment underscores their dedication to fostering growth and innovation and to legal advocacy and action.
-
Commitment to Volunteerism: Key Partners are actively engaged in the association through volunteerism by participating in industry committees such as Workforce Development, IDEA, and the PestVets Council among others, and allied industry groups such as QualityPro, the Professional Pest Management Foundation, and the Professional Pest Management Alliance. This hands-on involvement will empower Key Partners to contribute their expertise and insights to shape the future of the industry.
-
Leadership and Vision: Key Partners are also asked to pursue leadership positions within these committees and boards, leading by example to guide the industry towards greater success and help set strategic directions that benefit both the industry and NPMA’s membership.
NPMA President Marillian Missitti expressed her enthusiasm for the program, stating, "We believe that true progress is achieved when we can all unite for a common cause or vision. The Key Partners Program is our way of amplifying our commitment to our industry and our mission of enabling NPMA members to be more professional, knowledgeable, and profitable through education, industry leadership, public policy advocacy, and growth of the market.”
The Key Partners program complements the supplier community’s Strategic Partner Program and allows NPMA to provide world-class educational opportunities and professional development to its members.
