All employees of QualityPro accredited companies who perform or sell a QualityPro Public Health certified service must pass this exam for the company to earn and maintain the the QualityPro Public Health service certification. This exam tests individuals’ knowledge of the following areas: vector control core concepts, safety, customer communications, bed bugs, cockroaches, filth flies, mosquitoes, rodents, biting and stinging pests, wildlife, and pests-related conditions that require medical professionals.
