This opportunity will put your company name in front of PestWorld attendees as the exclusive sponsor of the PestWorld shuttles. Running from Monday – Friday between the Sheraton Waikiki and the Hawaii Convention Center, this is a great opportunity for extra visibility! Sponsorship includes:

• Your company logo displayed on all the shuttle buses running between the convention center and hotel pick up location.
• Logo included on all shuttle transportation drop off points at both the hotel and convention center
• Ability to provide swag or company information on the buses to all attendees that ride.
• Ability to have your employees on the bus to meet and greet with attendees.

Help our attendees feel better prepared for their week ahead as the sponsor of the PestWorld Welcome Kits! Kits will include 2-3 items that can easily be carried around throughout the show and will be available for attendees to pick up at the PestWorld registration desks.

Showcase your magazine or marketing literature in an NPMA Publication Bin. The Publication Bin area will be located near PestWorld registration and in close proximity to the Exhibit Hall for maximum viewing and prime spot visibility. Newly formatted for 2023, the Supplier Showcase offers exhibitors the opportunity to host a presentation in one of the educational session rooms during the PestWorld educational session time block. Opportunities are first come, first serve. NPMA will not guarantee attendee participation as it will be on the supplier to invite attendees, but will include the session in the posted schedule of events. Sponsorship includes:Ability to host one (1) education session during the time slot of your choosing. Time slots are 45 minutes each, NPMA will highlight your supplier showcase session in one (1) PestWorld epromo. Supplier will provide NPMA with a session description that can be used in the promo,your session will be listed in the PestWorld app as part of the schedule at a glance. You will receive a discount code that will provide a $50 discount to customers who are not yet registered to attend PestWorld 2023. NPMA will not provide refunds to anyone who is already registered to attend. Basic A/V set up is included (screen, laptop, projector and sound).
