Attending Hill Visits?
With the Farm Bill reauthorization extended for another year, we need your help in supporting the industry by attending meetings with your representatives to advocate for the addition of pesticide preemption into the Farm Bill. Let us know if you plan to attend by filling out the Hill Visit Form. Once you have filled out the form, our Public Policy Team will schedule your appointment with your elected officials.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received in writing. Please send cancellation notices to meetingsteam@pestworld.org. Refunds for cancellations will be awarded on the following schedule:
100% Refund = 32+ days before event start
75% Refund = 25-31 days before event start
50% Refund = 18-24 days before event start
25% Refund = 11-17 days before event start
No Refund = 10 days or less to event start
No Shows = No refund
