These bills were introduced on 1/12/16 in the Florida House of Representatives and Senate by Representative MaryLynn Magar (R) and Senator Lizbeth Benaquisto (R). The two bills are very similar. They create enhanced stewardship requirements for registrants and allow for the Department of Agriculture to require additional safety procedures for the clearance of residential structures before reoccupation after a fumigation.
