Business Development Survey

Over the last year the NPMA Business Development Committee has been working diligently to construct a comprehensive survey that will provide information on selected company operating ratios across our industry. The survey has been designed to attain information on how companies manage all functions ranging from vehicle expenses to advertising costs and will allow us a means to provide a full analysis for firms of all sizes and geographic locations across the country. This survey has been streamlined from previous versions to increase member participation as well as allow respondents the opportunity to provide unique information that may not be captured in the principal questions. Therefore, it is with great pleasure that we extend an invitation for you to participate in the official 2009 Business Development Survey.

As a pest management professional, you know the value of accurate, up-to-date information. To ensure a high level of quality we strongly encourage your participation and ask that you promote the value of this survey to your friends and colleagues in our industry. To show our appreciation the results of the survey will be made available electronically to all participating companies at no cost. This survey must be completed in its entirety no later than August 17, 2009 to receive the complimentary copy of the analysis.
